Having slept on uncomfortable sleeper sofas with the inevitable spring poking through we were determined to find a coil futon that would not pop when folded.

The innerspring in the Comfort Coil has been encased in high-performance super soft foam. This spreads your weight evenly across the mattress so you do not feel the individual springs. The foam also protects the springs and prevents them from poking through when the futon is folded.
